Subscription fees are billed according to your chosen plan. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Envelope overages are billed at the per-envelope rate for your plan.

Your use of eSign America is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data or document contents to third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

eSign America is not liable for disputes arising between parties to a signed document. We provide the technology platform — the legal relationship is between the parties to the document.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
